Thank you for shopping with AxelCart. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Once you place an order on our store, it is processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, orders are shipped through our logistics and delivery partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days across India.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected due to public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or courier-related delays.
We currently ship across most locations in India. In rare cases, certain remote areas may experience additional delivery time or may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. AxelCart will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
